  • Minimum 500 flights and 300+ hours
  • XC route experience or competition participation

Description

The P5 Master pilot course represents the pinnacle of paragliding certification. This elite program is designed for highly experienced advanced pilots seeking mastery-level skills in all aspects of paragliding — from high-performance competition flying to instructor-level knowledge of aerodynamics, meteorology, and safety systems. The curriculum covers EN-D class wing management, advanced competition strategies, long-distance XC flight planning, extreme weather flying, mentoring and teaching skills, and comprehensive safety leadership. Pilots will gain deep understanding of wing design, certification standards, and the science behind flight. Graduates receive APPI P5 Master certification — the highest pilot rating — enabling them to fly any conditions, lead group expeditions, and pursue instructor or tandem pilot credentials.
